These people not only butchered my hair, (I had to go back after
coming home and taking a closer look), they were rude and disrespectful. A younger girl working there actually had the
nerve to insulot me after I walked out because she was having problems running a
gift card and told her I would come back later. Very unprofessional. Do any of these people realize we, as customers, pay their bills?
I emailed
customer service with a detailed account of what happened about 2 months ago and still haven't recieved any kind of response.
Regis is the owner of this salon and I have noticed other complaints of
Regis brand salons.
